Local Delivery ($45)
We need at least 24 hours notice for any local deliveries. Once you order, we will be in touch to arrange a specific date, time, and place. Please leave a cooler out for us to deliver your pops in if you won’t be home at the time.

Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (arrives within 1–2 business days of ship date)
Your pops will be shipped Monday through Wednesday via 2-Day UPS service. While we’ll do our best to align delivery close to your requested date, exact-day arrival is not guaranteed with this option.
Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.
Shipping cost includes our Cool Pack packaging, but pops cannot be left outside in warm weather once delivered. You’ll receive tracking information in your Order Fulfilled email — please monitor it closely (and if this is a gift, notify the recipient so they can bring it inside right away).
For guaranteed exact-date arrival, please upgrade to Overnight Shipping.
Overnight Shipping (guaranteed delivery date)
Choose this option if you need your pops to arrive on an exact date.
All Overnight Shipping orders must be placed by 12:00pm EST the day before the intended arrival date. Orders placed after that cutoff will ship the next eligible shipping day.
Shipping cost increases for every 5 dozen pops in your order (see chart below for specific pricing).

More Shipping Info
Shipping and Processing
We only ship nationwide orders out on Monday through Wednesday.
Any order placed after 12pm on Wednesday will be shipped out the following week.
Your package will arrive to you in a maximum of two days from being shipped.
If you need an order for a specific date, please select “Overnight Shipping” and put in the correct delivery date when checking out.
Once your package has been sent, you will receive an Order Fulfilled email with the tracking link.
Shipping Guidelines
Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States, and NOT a P.O. Box.
Shipments that are returned due to incorrect information will be subject to a reshipment charge.
We are not responsible in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
We cannot be responsible for theft or damage to packages left outdoors resulting from a delivery where no one is able to receive the package.
If your package says that it has been delivered but is not at your delivery address please contact UPS directly with your tracking number so that they may help you locate the package. We do not have any extra information on the whereabouts of your package.
Guaranteed Goodness
All shipments are sent in an insulated envelope filled with ice packs to ensure the quality and freshness of your cake pops during transit.
The ice packs will most likely no longer be cold upon arrival, which is totally fine! The ice packs are only present to help keep the cake pops from not melting during the shipping period.
If you will not be home when the cake pops arrive, please have a cooler with ice packs ready by your door for them to be delivered into.
Once the cake pops arrive, put the box directly in the refrigerator for up to two weeks (or freezer for up to three months)
Some slight cake pop crackage during transit is normal. If you think there is more than usual damage to your pops, please contact us so that we may discuss/rectify the situation.
Returns
All online orders are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds/exchanges based on customer flavor preference.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Daisy Pops does not accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS of when the package was received, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your order.
For damage claims, we require pictures of the external shipping box and the damaged product.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
